I only got annoyed when fighting it as Riku, since it just seemed harder. It took me forever to drain its HP down because I was dodging a bunch, but of course I drop. I quickly drop back to Riku when I'm Sora, and the stupid thing has full HP again, kill me now.
Anyways, off to The Grid
Yeah same here, think it was because we felt cramped or something. And the floaty" area seemed to cause me to miss with my attacks sometimes. (especially when I jump to avoid an attack and I can't reach the thing afterwards)

Holy Stuff! The Pinocchio world is amazing! Spoiler Warning You get to use reality shift on Monstro (the whale).
"Good. Everyone's together. Pyrrhon loves a party." "...It's funny because marriage is terrible!" If you know the origin of both of those quotes, then you're awesome! Songs are like hugs that mouths give to ears. Dreams are easy to achieve if hope is all...
...Hooters is inappropriate language apparently...>.> I mean I know what it could stand for but...I wanted to name my Owl that! T.T
...Anyways, are all the abilities/magic attacks unlocked regardless after nabbing them on the Ability Link, or do the Spirits have to be in your party?

Ugh, how the heck I'm I suppose to beat that annoying mantis/spinning top thing boss at the end of The Grid on Riku's side!? I've only gotten to beating down the smallest health bar before it complete obliterates me with its multiple disk attacks. And I can't do any wall kick moves (which I use a lot to defeat enemies) to reach above the wheel section to get in any decent sort of damage. Can someone tell what the best strategy for this boss is? I could really use the advice!
On a side not, I just got a Toximander; so freaking cute! I named it RainbaNewt.

I didn't die once on this battle, but it still took me a few minutes to get it....Reality Shift.

Huh? How can I do a Reality Shift there? I never get the sign to do it while fighting the boss.

You have to be close to it...I'm not sure if you have to be at its head or what, but yeah.

Just spam the grind rail attack.

Yeah I kinda misread what Winged wrote, the Reality Shift part comes up once it has very little health left. (it'll become invincible/immobile and starts glowing blue) I would just go with what K9 said and keep a Cure/Potion ready.

I do spam the grind rail attack, but I can't do it forever since the boss will sometimes roll on it as well, almost one-hit killing you. And trust me, I use plenty of potions, but more times then I care to count I die while doing the animation just before my health bar actually replenishes. I have upgraded my Keyblade and Spirits, at least as much to my knowledge (I'm still not quite 100% sure what I'm doing), so I don't think that's the problem. But have any of you had the game set on easy? Cause I'm on standard. I really wish I could change the difficulty...

I've come back... Back as one who has finished this game on standard to bestow a hint before I vanish again. Don't overrely on Flowmotion. There are times when using a combo move like the Flowmotion attacks will only lead you to damage.

Okay, I have to admit I was not liking this game much up until last night. I decided to just erase everything (I didn't get very far to begin with, so it wasn't much of a loss) and start over on beginner mode, now I've finally figured out everything (like using items/powers and spirits, which I barely did the first time around) and am doing much better. As of this post, I have completed Traverse Town and The Grid with Sora and Riku, along with the Hunchback world with Riku and am working on that world with Sora. After that I'll be about where I was before I restarted, only this time with much better upgrades and overall understanding! So basically, I finally have come to fully enjoy this game!
