Maybe it's to extend demo time as the screen fades to black when the time has run out. If it was part of the game a 'time over' screen would have appeared. I could be thinking wishfully though.
The cheesiness is probably my favorite part of the game so far. It's quality cheese, guys.
The only thing I'm not liking about it so far is the time limit. I hate time limits. >:[
Yep, I love chessyness and campy things. That is what I liked about the SyFy Flash Gordon show from the 2000's along with the campyness of the 1980's Buck Rogers. The off table humor of Kid Icarus is what's drawing me in.

That looks rather fake, you're lying An unreelased copy? Really? Nothing with that title shows up on Google, so since when was there ever a Kid Icarus game on plain old DS itsself? Nintendo never made any announcement of this title, and would be silly to do so now looking like that in 2d side-scrolling format, knowing they've got got a 3DS game already in development.

Just the same, for something like this to happen I'd rather have of Myths and Monsters release come to eShop around release time of Uprising to properly commemorate its release. I'd even rake the original NES game.

I haven't heard about anything of the sort but I'd love it if it did happen. I seriously would like to see Nintendo do something like that. After all, it's about time that Nintendo and Sony PlayStation finally make some new cartoons and anime out of their IP's.

There will be animated shorts about Kid Icarus in the eShop. Nothing more announced than that about them though. I can't wait to watch them! Shaft will be working on one of them. @Nintyfan I saw Dark Pit during some funny little scene near the end of the conference.
