I would say the only really bad things are Playing Dead and Slip Shot on any weapons that have homing, are the only things that are really unfair, you can kill someone who used Trade Off, you just have to do a lot of damage since their defence is boosted by a ton, Bumbelbee just randomly kicks in to protect you from damage, and not really that often, it's more a little bit of freak luck to give you another shot against OHKO weapons. Unless I have some good reasons, I don't see why you shouldn't be able to use most of those.
