I just re-beat the last level to see what the ending secret was, and WOW. It was hilarious. Everyone whose beat the game, replay the last level and wait for like less than five minutes after the The End screen comes up. You won't be disappointed. I won't quote it; it's too good to have it spoiled for you.

Use bow in Space Pirate chapter. Chapter 8 if I recall correctly. Not sure if this works with any bow, I think I used a Darkness Bow.
