Topic: Kid Icarus Uprising Multiplayer Help

I've had this game ever since it was released to the public. I've watched the multiplayer players grow from average and new TO skilled and overpowered. Lately, no matter what kind of weapon I have and how high in power it is, I can't ever last in any Light vs Dark battle. Every single time, I'm always on a team with lame weapons and facing opponents with overpowered weapons. Honestly, they're not even my style. I only use them when necessary since 1-3 hit KOs (whether ranged or melee shots) make the game so unbalanced and unfair for myself and my opponents. But nowadays, that's the style and I cannot keep up at all. Every single battle lately, I get thrown here and there by overpowered weapons with unreal stats. I've faced so many opponents who have every weapon with the same few stats (Shot Range +3, Shot Homing +3, Dash Charge Shot _4). How can I keep up and get better weapons? I'm very desperate here. I know it sounds like I'm whining but I am seriously at a loss here and I can't find any solution. I know most of the responses are going to be keep playing the story and keep fusing weapons. But I need some advice, not a to-do list ;(

@KVKdragon I understand exactly where you are coming from. Go here, and they can give you better advice than I can. There are people there who have mastered this game, and know how to help. They even have easy fusion experts.
