Now, I do not speak Japanese.... but what I took away from this, is that this is a very Nintendo-centric game. I saw Mario, Luigi, and Link-themed armor as well as the Master Sword/Hyrule Shield and Hero's Bow being used as weapons in-game. The online system looks a lot better. The game also appears to have a much deeper storyline and has A LOT more exploration. Aside from this, there's the obvious of better graphics (compared to 3DS MH3U that is), more monsters, items, locations, etc. This game looks amazing... now the major question is when will it be localized!? My guess has always been Fall 2014, but who knows.
I may need to rewatch parts of it, but I could have swore I saw a Hunter switch from Master Sword/Hyrule Shield combo to Hero's Bow in the middle of a battle. That would be awesome, if so. Just happy the game has online built into it, and don't have to go through the mess as you did with MH3U on 3DS (Although I used my WiiU version a lot, which rocked for online)
