This is quite ridiculous, they say go the website and oppt-in on the email but when you go. Its on Maintenance. What gives??

Everyone doing the same thing you are, then the server gives (in).

Right now it's going through maintence. This should be only a couple hours or worst case a day.. you got until the 20th it's only the 15th.

Also in general everything takes 5 minutes to load for some people.

Yeah I forgot we had until the 20th to sign up for it.
