Messing around with my System settings and selecting the user agreement you will see it's 'latest' update was November 21st, 2010.
Looking at the calendar, that day falls on Sunday which does fall in line with Nintendo releasing their products (systems particularly) on Sundays in the states. It's nothing major but it's neat. And didn't a few people kept predicting that date as a launch?
Not sure if anyone noticed this from what I can find. As to why I'm even looking around the system settings is because I'm trying to see why Spotpass notifications are not working. I have not gotten any from Capcom or Nintendo with their recent notifications. But, I'll just have to see if the next update fixes my system's issue or contact Nintendo about it.
