So a number of people are wondering why Nintendo is releasing Advance games on the Wii U and not the 3DS, I think its a number of reasons with their promise to not release these games on the 3DS to make them special to early 3DS owners and also so they could have new stuff to put on the Wii U eshop while they continue to trickle out old games. But I'm wondering do you who got the Ambassador games really care about that now, has time lessoned the specialness of that deal so that it wouldn't matter if later adaptors were able to buy those games also? Also would those of you who are Ambassadors be willing to allow these 10 games on the 3DS with the idea that if those were released then later other Advance games would soon become available?

Also an ambassador. I will be honest, It still does feel a little special to have these games where most don't. It's like a badge of a true Nintendo fan proclaiming that we supported them at launch. However, it's definitely been more than long enough. Everyone should have the opportunity to get these games now.
I don't care either way. Even more so since I own most of the GBA games they gave away (and one of the ones I didn't own was the GBA F Zero which is just...ugh..)
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
I'm an ambassador and honestly? Well, I'm still a bit sour about that huge price drop so soon, and my solace is, "At least I got these special games for it that money can't buy." Sorry if that offends people, I just feel I worked hard to buy the 3DS at the higher price to get those perks. If they released other GBA titles, perhaps that wouldn't bother me, just releasing these "special" games would reopen the old wound and I'd feel upset I didn't wait, since I'd just have been able to buy them eventually anyways.

These games that we got for free in the Ambassador program are worth £110 to buy with the current price model. Given the fact that we got more than a year of them exclusively, we could have easily not been given them in the first place, and no one really cares about other people being able to buy them I'd say its a pretty terrible reason to not release GBA games on the 3DS. Don't release any GBA games on the 3DS because ambassadors got 10 of them (£65 worth of free games) and might whine if other people are suddenly able to buy them? Somehow I don't think that's their logic on this one.
I'm an ambassador and would love to see the GBA games come to 3DS. After all, I still got them for free. And Nintendo didn't owe me anything. I was dumb enough to buy a 3DS at launch, which is my own fault.
I'm an Ambassador and I would like for GBA games to come to 3DS eShop.
However, from a business standpoint, I can see why they're Wii U only right now.
Secondly, although I really would like for them to be available to everyone, I do play them frequently just mess with all the people I StreetPass. And that's about 10 or so per day.

I'd like if they released the ambassador games, even if a little bit more expensive than normal VR games.

I'm more interested in playing them on my TV so I don't care about the ambassador games I got and I'll get them all again for WiiU. Plus the quality of the ambassador games is bad compared the VC and for me there's no going back after how much better they look on the gamepad.
I think it would be great if Nintendo released GBA games on the eShop. I got them for free for goodness sake! Plus, if Nintendo did put them on the eShop, we would get updated versions with Virtual Console features.
Just make the games available for everyone already.
Ambassadors are still getting, what... $60-80 value in free software, plus they'll get to download updated and improved versions of the GBA games, plus they've had the games for a long time in advance, plus there is no assurance that all of the ambassador games will come out in the near future, so there could still be some exclusives.
(This comes as an ambassador - I've already got the games, but still think it's better if they are available to everyone.)
Despite the $80 price drop, I still consider these games as complimentary and I will not put a price tag on them (in other words: free). I don't really care if they get released to the mass market on the 3DS.
