I love this image! It's so ridiculous! The Virtual Boy and Game Cube I can see... but the N64? Are they insinuating that the N64 did badly? I've never heard anyone say anything bad about the N64... and by that logic, I also have never heard a bad thing about the Game Cube, other than its sales ultimately. But we've since seen that the 3DS does not belong in a comparison with the Virtual Boy... except for the fact that they both display 3D.

The comparisons were silly anyhow. Nintendo's handhelds almost always do better than their home consoles. When was the last time a Ninty handheld failed? The Virtual Boy. If that thing can even be defined as portable.

I was okay with buying 3DS day one. I picked up Rayman 3D, Pilot Wings, and Samurai Warriors Chronicles... those kept me occupied until I think Zelda Ocarina of Time came out or whatever the first pickup was. Loved the thing. Still play it every day (Well, I upgraded to XL lol)

It's not just that, man... I didn't care about how much I payed for it, it's just that it wasn't good enough for me. When I first looked at the size of the 3DS and compared it with my DS Lite, I was dissapoint. A month later or so and it felt half-broken 'cause there were issues with the circle pad and the top screen got scratches on it whenever I closed the thing.
They rushed the 3DS release. You could tell, since they had to do the price cut and we all had to wait at least a year for all the titles they announced when they revealed the system. And then they made me have to upgrade to XL because... pretty much, XL is what it should have been in the very first place. I've learned my lesson when it comes to buying Nintendo consoles on the first day of release.
