Topic: I wanted to save 1 replay in Brawl and now my SD card isn't readable on my 3DS.

As stated in the title, I had a replay I really wanted to save on my copy of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, so I used my 3DS's SD card to save it there (not knowing this was a huge mistake, and I only have that one SD card throughout the entire house). However, in doing so, my 3DS stopped reading that SD card. I tried to remove the Brawl replay data from it, but it still won't read. Is there any way I can get my 3DS to read my only SD card again? What do I do?

I'm trying to be wary about whether or not I should do something drastic like deleting all the data on the SD card, since I'm afraid all my Smash 4 DLC and my Downloaded Games (Link's Awakening, Kirby's Adventure, and Pokemon Blue) will all get wiped clean and I'll have to purchase them again.

(Also for anyone wondering, my PC does recognize the SD card right now)

If possible try backing up your saves for your most 3DS favorite games, taking any information off of the SD card which is from other hardware, and attempt to format the card. This isn't guaranteed to work, but it's the best solution I can think of.
