I've played a lot of major releases on my 3DS except for a few titles like Paper Mario: Sticker Star, Pokemon X/Y, and of course the new upcoming Zelda: ALBW. Didn't buy the new Pokemon because I'm not into RPG's like that. (Well um, Fire Emblem Awakening was great.) Don't plan on buying the new Zelda because I don't like 2D Zelda games....well that do seem like a crappy, maybe I should give it a chance but I don't know.
There really aren't any 3DS I'm excited for. When I bought my 3DS back in 2011when I was 16, I really wanted a new Kirby game on the go. The new upcoming Kirby game seems cool, but next year I'm going to be 19 and no longer interested in games like that. So it's likely I won't be getting that.
Well while writing this topic something came to my head..."Nintendo is full of surprises you moron!". Ah so that's why I'm gonna keep my 3DS! Plus I'm gonna get the 3DS version of Smash Bros too!
But for now, all of my money is going to my Wii U! Can't wait for Super Mario 3D World, Xeno 2, Smash Bros, and more! Man, I need a remote plus and a pro controller! Anyone know where I can get em for the low-low?? Lol.
Thanks for reading this guys! Feel free to give me feedback! I wanna know what you all are thinking!
AND IM NOT WORRYING ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE THINK, SO STOP THAT
@Gioku@DarkwingLz I don't think he is saying because he will soon be 19 he not interested in Kirby more that over time he has become less interested which is perfectly understandable.
I have both, but I'm focusing on my Wii U atm. That being said, I've had my 3DS as long as you have, perhaps longer, and my interest hasn't dwindled at all. Age doesn't automatically mean disinterest. However, I can understand where you're coming from if you ment you lost interest in Kirby over time. You're only a couple years older than me, so the age thing really doesn't matter.
I got my Wii U in April and enjoyed it so much that I got a 3ds in late Aug. I've been playing the 3ds more lately, mainly b/c it's new and b/c of the convenience/portability.
At the moment nothing announced so far for 3DS in 2014 excites me (apart from Smash Bros 4), compared with Wii U releases like MK8, SSB4, DKCRTF, Beyonetta 2 and X (If its released) I can see myself playing a lot more Wii U then 3DS and buying more games for the system a complete reverse of this year.
As long as you're keeping your 3DS, you should be fine. Nintendo seems to have this thing with their systems where one will have an off season while the other will be having a grand old party with a bunch of games.
Best thread ever

I know what you mean(kinda). I have a 3DS XL and Wii U, but I tend to play my Wii U more than my 3DS XL.
I don't think being 19 should make you think Kirby is bad, though. I hated Kirby's Epic Yarn, but Return to Dreamland on Wii was probably the best Kirby game I've played since Kirby 64, but nothing will ever beat Kirby 64.
I say go for buying and playing more Wii U stuff, though. I'm pretty much in the same boat right now.

Oh, wait a second... I just realized something rather ironic and funny... so the guy who created Kirby... Masahiro Sakurai? Guess how old he was when he designed and created the first Kirby game? He was 19.
