No, seriously, I do have a friend living in Korea. She is considering a 3DS, but wants to know where she would stand as far as connecting to the eShop was concerned. She's jonesing for Fours Swords (understandably so). She still gets her games from the states and eBay, and the console will probably come from the US as well. Anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance.

If her console comes from the US then her games would connect to the American eShop. (I believe that's the case.) When I took my UK console to the US over the summer, I was still connecting to the EU eShop.
