8 blocks = 1 MB, so you can use that to translate between the two units.
If you're worried about running out of space on your Wii or 3DS, unless you have a large amount of music or photos on one of them, you shouldn't have to worry about running out of space on either of them anytime soon.

How do you know 8 blocks are in 1 MB? Did Nintendo ever confirm that?
Like I said above, I have over 55,000 blocks on my 3DS, and over 60,000 blocks on my Wii. It's strange that I have 2 different block amounts for each system, even though they both use 8 GB cards.
Somewhere, one of the DSiWare developers that occasionally surface here mentioned that the maximum file size for a DSiWare game is 16MB, and since the maximum number of blocks in a DSiWare game is 128, 128 Blocks/16 MB = 8 Blocks/MB.
@Birdman13 Hmm... The maximum size for DSiWare games is 16MB, and Shantae Risky's Revenge is getting ported to the iPhone. So that means the iPhone port will only be 16MB too?
I heard the maximum file size for WiiWare games is 40MB, but that limit can't possibly be true, since most N64 games are larger than 40MB.
@tendoboy1984 - Just because DSiWare's limit is 16MB doesn't mean the RR port won't go above it. They have to redesign the controls, menus, etc., and since they're no longer tethered to the 16 MB limit, there's not a whole lot of merit to compress data. I'd expect it to come in-between 15 and 30 MB, not that I care (I don't own an iOS device).
