Topic: Homebrew horror

I didn't know where else to post this, but I need some help. I was given a New 3DS because it didn't work and it was bricked so I thought that I could fix it, but I've run into a few problems:

*It was running Luma CFW (I don't know what version), but the original 3DS data has been wiped and the original owner used the Micro SD card for something else so I have none of the original DS data

*Every time I try to turn it on, it gives the usual error message, but the letter change colors rapidly and stop at red and from there, all I can do is just turn it off

*I tried the safe mode option, but that doesn't work. All that happens is that the screen shows black, the wifi light turns on and the settings music plays really quietly but nothing else happens and again, all I can do is just turn it off

*I tried getting the newest update for LumaCFW, but still nothing has changed

If anyone knows how to fix it or if I even can fix it at all, please let me know.

I'd recommend you to seek help somewhere else, since we can't really help you here.
