So yesterday I found out that if your on the home menu on your 3DS (Make sure theres no suspended software) and if you go to any application (Don't open the software, just tap it) and push your top screen back and forth, the picture will spin.

When the 3DS first came out the icons would spin the whole time the noise was playing. They changed something after an update, so now it only spins for a brief period.

@Oziku - LordJumpMad does a lot of faux-trolling on this site; it's better to just ignore him than attempt to defeat whatever logic he has. But, to his credit, posting about this now when we've all known about it for months is fairly n00b-ish. Not that you are, it just comes off as being that way.
