Topic: HELP !!! NEW 3DS doesn't work

SO I got my ambassador edition today, at the hotel
Impatient me wants to transfer the system asap.
Uses wifi of the hotel.
After 4 hours of transfering information and during the final part of the transfer
something happens why consoles get out of sync,
My original DS still has all the information on it.
The NEW 3ds boots up with an error message, can i reset it somehow without being able to go through the menus.
PLS HELP ,

I read somewhere that you can access the system update by pressing L+R+UP+A, which still works, but the system won't budge

Just wait until you have a trusty Internet connection or you will risk losing all your content just because you couldn't wait.

You must contact nintendo.

I contacted them, they will probably contact me by the end of the week, messed up thing is that I am in france right now, and the system was bought in holland...

Only the first and last part of the transfer uses an internet connection. The data transfer, mii plaza, settings etc uses local communication.

Looks like the process wasn't finalized. I hope they contact you soon, and if so. Please post the result

Thakns for replying, I felt a bit ignored but I think I might be one of the first with this (stupid) problem, the Original system showed an internet error at the end, and just stopped transfering, the big purple pikmin were walking along the screen of the 3DS and it looped until the battery died. I knew it was bad, but it just wont boot up, only the update through internet LRAUP but showed no potential.

Stupid thing is that now I need to send it to another country, I know nintendo is decent with solving this, but I wanted to be ready for majora's mask with the new 3DS, (The headtacking was awesome, while it worked.)
