Topic: Help! My son's 3ds is frozen at the setup/language selection. Can't set up or play

Today I got a brand new 3ds xl for my birthday. I charged it and went to play my new game when the touch screen didn't work. I came here and read comments. I tried everything and none of its working! What do I do?
