I'm really not sure... I think i remember getting stuck here but I can't remember for sure if I've even got past it....is it required to get through the temple or is it just to get someone extra? First, look above the blue block for a hookshot spot, so maybe if you hookshot to it, you will land on the block. I think there is a scarecrow someone in that room too.. Or, try the Pegisis boots to get to it (if it's even in range of that.) Also, try use the lens of truth if you have it in that room (if you have it yet...which if you haven't gone through this temple yet, you probably dont).

Ok, if I'm not mistaken, you need to play the Song of Time, then jump on the hookshot point at the bottom, then jump on the SoT block and then jump til you get to the platform

The Golden Scale is actually received from getting the 20lb fish, the Hylian Loach I think is just there...the manager says they're endangered and you can't really display it in the tank thing. (I also think you just get a purple rupee, which isn't really much seeing how I already have maxed out my wallet, lol)
