Topic: Good 3DS stratergy games?

I really used to like Command and conquer red alert. Are there any similar games on the 3DS. I just ordered a new 3DS.I'm not really capable of following games with in-depth story lines.

Fire Emblem: Awakening is really awesome. That's the only strategy game I've played on the 3DS so far. I've also heard good things about Ghost Recon: Shadow Wars.

so far only round-based strategy games on 3DS i think. it is worth considering to get DS games too. advance wars dark conflict is an excellent round based strategy game. the most command and conquer like you can get on DS / 3DS

There is a little retro title available in the eshop called Jagged Alliance. Possibly one of the deepest strategy games out there on both systems.

I will check out Jagged Alliance. I will see if steam has C&C Red Alert. But maybe it's not there seen as its an EA game 😖

EA officially made Red Alert freeware a few years ago and have even allowed 3rd parties to host mirror downloads. It's not on Steam, but it's quite easy to find free, legal downloads of the game on Google.

I think Age of Empires was released on the DS. Look for that?

yes. i am a big fan of the PC games (1 and 2) but the DS one is awful in my opinion.
