I loved the XBox version and I think it would be awesome in 3d. Does anyone know if this is on the horizon? If it isn't Nintendo or Sierra should consider this game for maybe 3DSWare.(I'm trying to put a picture of it on but I can't. How?)
Pretty sure that Bizarre Creations, the original studio responsible for Geometry Wars, is now closed. ...although their properties do belong to Activision now, ...there's a chance, but still...since it was not a huge money maker, you'll probably never see it released ever again for any new systems unless Activision decides to sell the property to another company... although, I think that is very unlikely, they'd probably more likely sit on it for the rest of eternity and try to sue others that make clones. I don't think they'd spend the time to integrate 3D into the game to release it for 3DS although it shouldn't be too difficult since they're all wireframe.
Oh well, there's always, Geometry Wars: Galaxies for DS, should still be relatively easy to find too and you can play that on your 3DS!

I really want to see that in 3D. A game maybe that is made for the 3DS. Geometry Wars: Galaxies was by Sierra.

Geometry Wars Retro Evolved 2 has been released on XBLA to critical acclaim. 90 percent on metacritic from 52 reviewers! Hopefully a Galaxies 2 or this will arrive on 3DS. I'd be willing to buy a retail cart.

Activision really hasn't done anything with Geometry Wars; it's a shame, that franchise was fairly nice. Anyway, if a GW title does come to the 3DS, I'd imagine it would be an eShop title rather than a retail release, as while the franchise is good, it just can't compete in the current retail market.
