Topic: Games you hope WON'T be new 3ds EXCLUSIVE

What the title says. For those not upgrading, what games would you be salty about, if they weren't on vanilla 3ds? I still have an original 3ds, and I don't play it often, so I don't feel the need to upgrade to the new 3ds. However, I'm waiting for the next metroid title with A LOT on anticipation, so if it was only New 3ds exclusive, I would be very angry. How about you?

Uhhhh... Xenoblade Chronicles as a N3DS exclusive has already made me roll my eyes.

I will be upgrading (kind of upgrading, that is, because I'm keeping my original 3DS too), but I still want to see as few New 3DS exclusive games as possible. I hope they're restricted to stuff like Xenoblade, which probably wouldn't be able to run on the original model.

As long as there aren't any main series Nintendo titles on the new 3ds, I think I'll be fine. I don't care if it adds a couple extra features here and there, but full on exclusives just make me sad.

Like @NinjaWaddleDee I would be disappointed if the new Metroid is only on the new 3DS and I would be mad if they release remakes that everyone's been wanting on the system.

Right, even though I'm upgrading I would rather see Nintendo restrict New 3DS exclusives to games that would be impossible to run on a regular 3DS. I'd hate to see them lock away a game behind exclusivity that everyone can clearly play just for the sake of making everyone buy one.

As long as no Zelda game is exclusive to it, I'm fine. I'm just saving extra money for the next gen handheld instead of buying the same console for a small upgrade.

Even though I getting a N3DS on launch, I hope Nintendo don't put their major first party games on it unless it completely impossible to run on a normal 3DS. That includes the older IPs that never got brought back (at least yet, looks at Ice Climber 2 fan concepts). I'll feel too bad for the people that couldn't get a N3DS and have to have a big game completely useless to them.

I hope for a lot of games that have bonus New 3DS features (more buttons, etc.), but for exclusives, it doesn't really matter to me, because I'm getting a New 3DS this Christmas at the latest.

I don't mind if there's a bunch of games with N3DS specific enhancements, but I hope XC3D is the only true exclusive.

I'm getting one too, but we shouldn't want to force 40 million or so people to spend $200 just to play X new game. I hope games leverage each version of the platform to their fullest.

Yeah New features that the New 3ds offers are great, like faster load times, and better camera control. But I don't think full out exclusive games is a great idea. Especially because they would be losing the sales of all those people.

Well, there were around four exclusive DSi games (and they were not very good) so I don't think we'll see many New 3DS exclusive games. Xenoblade 3D is a port, not a new game. But who knows... Nintendo surprises me every time with their business decisions, not for the best.

If they made an S&P/S&P2 remake compilation or S&P3 as a New 3DS exclusive I'd get a New 3DS.

I think New 3DS exclusives should be kept to GC and Wii remakes only. We already know the standard 3DS copes with N64 remakes very well of which the most recent game chosen couldn't be played without the expansion pak.
