What games will take years to release due to rights issues, already on DS/DSiWare, etc?

Tetris is not available on DSiWare. Tetris Party and Tetris DS are retail games. Tetris DS is apparently pretty hard to find nowadays too.
I had bought a copy of Tetris DS from GameStop for $45.00 over the summer, and sold it a week and a half ago at the same GameStop for $17.50 which I used to help buy a second copy of New Super Mario Bros. Wii after I sold the first one to buy a PS2 and sold this one to buy an NES last Tuesday.
Of course there is. They'd release it even if there was a Tetris DSiWare. It may be classic, but only the nostagia heads would gravitate to it over a newer, shinier, more feature-filled version. With that said, I am a Nostalgia head, and will probably buy the Game Boy version day-1.
