I have a 3DS XL and my wife recently got herself a used 3DS XL as well (Not the "new" version) and I noticed she has a newer version of Mii Plaza and 2 games available that I don't have. I have version 3.3 of Mii Plaza and she has Version 4.1 for some reason. I have tried to update my Mii Plaza but it says it is already up to date. Any thoughts on why I would be missing these games or not getting the newer version of Mii Plaza? I have system software 10.0.0-27U which I believe is the latest.

Well, Nintendo released 10.1.0-27U tonight and that appears to have fixed the issue!
