I never had a Cube for very long, so there's a lot I missed out on.
Tales of Symphonia. Loved Tales of the Abyss, so I've been eager to play this one.
The Legend of Zelda: the Wind Waker. Nothing wrong with more Zelda!
Paper Mario: the Thousand Year Door. I've heard people say that it's the best in the series, but I think it'd be tough to top the N64 original, so I want to try it for myself.
Trust me, The Thousand Year Door is ten times better than the original. I played the second first, so I was very disappointed (although I DID enjoy myself) when I downloaded the original onto my Wii.
Pikmin & Pikmin 2
Super Smash Bros. Meele
Super Mario Sunshine
Legend of Zelda Wind Waker
Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition (basically an excuse to have Majora's Mask)
F-Zero GX
Battalion Wars
Paper Mario Thousand Year Door
Super Mario Sunshine, because it's the only game I could see being legit improved with 3D (hopefully actually getting the team from 3D Land). Honestly if they pull a Super Mario 64 DS...in a good way (as in awesome minigames and more levels and shine sprites) that could actually be something really worth getting.
Pikmin I could see working on the 3DS, but I'd rather see a new one specifically built for the 3DS a la Luigi's Mansion 2 rather than a straight up port.

I could only see them screwing it up. Sunshine is already perfect in my eyes as it is!

Well, we got a really lazy port of Star Fox 64. How about a "remake" of Star Fox Assault with several new missions, updated graphics and better controls/multiplayer? It could be like Mario 64 DS without broken controls, and I'm pretty sure Nintendo could fix a lot after seeing Kid Icarus: Uprising and X-Scape. So many GameCube games could easily use a little improvement. Most potential to me is Star Fox, but others like Mario Sunshine could use a better camera, and Wario World could be a bit longer.
If we get a bunch of N64 ports, I say we should get at least an updated SF: Assault
This is a signature.
Link goes here now.
Screw you.
Starfox can go get thrown to the aparoids for all I care, but I'd like to see the original LM again, along with Kirby Air Ride and the Sonic adventure games actually remade.

You can have the love by getting your rear in gear and buying an actual Gamecube. Gamecube games are a helluva lot cheaper now than they would be ported to the 3DS, and you can't tell me from all the long lists people are putting up that it wouldn't be worth the effort.
Luigi's Mansion
Kirby Air Ride
Wario World
Mario Kart: Double Dash
So many good games, so little money to spend.
