Topic: Firefox web browser for 3ds

Nintendo I wish should make a Better web browser like you can upload files like videos, images and audio files such as music or recording files. nintendo should make a browser that you can watch videos and download. wish its supports its own flash player so you can watch videos listen to music plus video chat on social sites.

I cant say but its up to the nintendo who can make ideas when other apps are coming for the 3ds system.

I can't see it happening, not with the default Internet Browser being so prominent. Besides, I can't say Firefox for Android is the best mobile browser I've ever used, and while I do think it would be a bit better on Nintendo 3DS, it'd be too similar to the default browser to be worth the effort.

Even if they did release another browser, it'd never get updates and be just as useless in three months. What we need is an update to the existing browser.

Is it really that much trouble for them to get a good browser on their systems? Like, have them come pre-loaded with Dolphin or something.

It's called HTML5 support or a YouTube app. Or trying Firefox or Chrome. Or convincing Adobe to bring back mobile flash. Or a flash compatible mode w/ no multitasking.

Nintendo already partnered with Google to develop a game, Ando Kensaku, so it is possible. I can see Chrome support.

I don't see the need for social networking apps on the 3DS, 'else it just isn't that special anymore. The point is to get the 3DS to have something exclusive, which you can only experience if you have one.

As for the Firefox front, I think the current browser's fine. They probably just need to add better support e.g. Flash, HTML5, Java (if it doesn't already have this) etc.

Guys! Guys just buy a Caanoo or an OpenPandora the web browser on these systems are way beter and those consoles are embebed on linux so u can tel other people from the community to uppgrade it :3

Anyway, I'll echo the previous statements. All it needs is flash support and some other bells and whistles, and that is all.

I believe that the only reason the 3DS does not have a better browser is because nintendo needed one that can function with the 3DS's controls, and most won't allow it.

the reason why the 3ds doesnt have a better browser is that the browser will have to function while a game is being paused. there are nor more ressources to power a better browser.
if we want a better browser we should hope for a seperate application
