@tbd, the avatar is special, he/she is the only one capable of doing that. at least, I think that's how it works
Yeah, your unit can marry anybody.
'cept DLC and Spotpass Team Characters.

Ok, except for them, since there are about 140 of those, and unless we wanted a support system like Radiant Dawn, or to get the game a few years after Japan...

You can have them class into a bride though, so next best thing! :3

Okay this final boss has me stuck. Why must it get to be healed by about 3 guys with psychic every turn?
You HAVE TO just bombard him with all your units in a reckless manner. It's the only way to deal with him and his skills.

@AmazingPopo_man - That was my first few tries.... Chrom died a lot.
@SkywardLink98 - My Avatar is maxed out. No one else. I've got no place to grind quickly any more either as the random Risen are too powerful and the dlc characters are now too weak to be worth much to my stronger guys.
Edit: @Happy_Mask - So suicidally risk it all? I was thinking giving myself vengeance and sitting with healing magic in front of him with Chrom backing me up
Funny how everyone points out the potential incest situations, but I'm surprised nobody said anything about the beastiality going on (aka Panne and to a lesser extent Nowi, plus both their children). Actually I'd like to know how exactly genetics work in the FE universe, seeing as apparently a Taguel or Manakete female can marry a human male, yet the offspring is a Taguel/Manakete and not a hybrid. Perhaps Taguel and Manakete genes are dominant? I'm obviously thinking too much into this, but genetics an interesting subject to me.

@Aqueous Change your avatar's class to Dark Knight, grind him to max level, then you shouldn't have too much of a problem. That's what I've done anyway. Also if you cannot find any more Risen fodder, buy some Reeking Boxes at a shop to summon some more.

Alllllllll other controversy on this game is overshadowed by Nowi. If you're fine with that (mostly because she's thousands of years old), nothing else really sticks out. . In fact, on the Serenes forums there was an interesting yet civil debate on such topics.

@Aqueous
I didn't want to grind my first time so I just sent in a couple near max units and I won the level in a couple turns. You shouldn't be finding your self out of places to grind. If they're in a basic class have them grind at The Longfort 'till they're in an advanced class (and pair them up with your avatar, no other units). Once they're in an advanced class grind at Port Ferox and pair them up with a stronger unit. After leveling there becomes tedious, go to Valm Harbor. Once it's tedious there, go to Valm Castle, or some other more difficult place. They shouldn't take a bit of damage and level up at least once per level. After they hit the level cap (20 as an advanced class) use a Second Seal and select the same class (or a different one for new skills ) and level them up to level 10, effectively level 50.
Then you shouldn't have any trouble with the final boss unless you do something stupid (something I'd do, like bringing your best unit unarmed by mistake, underestimating your enemy, etc.). If any of your units die, you can keep going, but if they haven't hit the level cap once, don't bring them or only use them as supports. Personally I paired myself with Morgan and Chrom got Lucina. Then have all your awesome units give Chrom and the Avatar cover by positioning themselves near enemies so they're the ones attacked. If you've gotten them powerful enough, you shouldn't lose a single unit. Have Chrom nail the other Avatar (Grima or whoever) because he can do a lot of damage with his Exalted Falchion and if Lucina and he have good supports she'll do some damage with the Parallel Falchion. Then have the avatar finish off Grima in the same turn and it'll be over before turn 5.
My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.
@WingedFish - On normal right? I lose half my HP plus from bout 75%+ of the boss attacks. I kind of need healing magic, dark healing magic
Yes on normal. I also suggest using items that permanently increase certain stats, such as the Goddess Icon and Talisman for example. You can get them from defeating enemies and from specific shops.

@SkywardLink98 - I'm on Lunatic to grind is to face level 20 secondary class risen with brave, silver, killer type weapons and often forged ones. Along with Mire and a bunch of skills. I can't d0 much with them.
@WingedFish - I'm on Lunatic. Also I can't use them to break caps.

@WingedFish - No problem. This is a challenge to over come but it is the first time I've grown frustrated in years. This thing is crazy, I can only inflect a little damage at a time, sometimes more but not a lot and normally gets healed away afterwards. I wonder how Lunatic plus will be?

Does Sumia not marry Chrom in everyone's game? They did automatically after I defeated Gangrel in my game.
However, in my friend's game that didn't happen?
