@voulg160: from the "Main Menu" screen, go to "Figure Collection" then "Password" and you can enter the code there, if entered correctly, it will tell you which figure was unlocked. You may then go to "Album" to view figure or "StreetPass" to equip your figure for use against others in StreetPass Battle.
What is the meaning of life? That's so easy, the answer is TETRIS.

@komicturtle92: My US 3DS has only recieved the codes for Blanka and Honda via SpotPass, and besides the Capcom welcoming, built-in and the update notifications, those are the only SpotPass I have (When you first boot SSFIV3DE you are asked if you wish to recieve notifications for this game, if you chose No you have to format the system see this question again and change your answer, but I am not sure if this will also let you recieve notifications from months ago or the previously recieved). From what I can understand from translated asian sites it seems they got many more of the listed figures from SpotPass. Could anyone else confirm if those are the only american SpotPass messages?
EDIT: You can input these codes and get the figures regardless of recieving the notification or not.

@7ATalavera: Hey, thanks for continuing to update this. I personally don't get any SpotPass messages for this.

@sykotek: You are welcome, not only am I sharing but I can also get to info I dunno or might have missed, everyone wins. How about you, this high stats Sagat, gold Bison with good combo & stats, or fully combo powered Akuma for your team?

@7ATalavera: I just download them because they're nice to look at/add to my collection. I personally don't think it is wise to use any of the high level special characters on your StreetPass team. I haven't read much about the actual mechanics behind it, but from my observation in battles with others, you're a lot less likely to win battles with an unbalanced team.

Hey! Thanks for all the sharing, 7ATalavera.
I've only got one SpotPass notification from Capcom yet. It was the one with the Golden Blanka. I haven't played the game for some weeks now and never played it online yet either.~

I destroyed someone I randomly StreetPass battled today. I won with a sweep, all 5 characters. He brought 2 Lv7 characters, I brought no Lv7 characters. Must reiterate, I don't suggest anyone use their Lv7 characters in StreetPass battles.

@sykotek: I use my lv7 characters on my streetpass battles since day one, lets just say I have won all of my 10 battles, not giving away my strategy (since it could be used against me) for now I'm sticking to it, but I understand your point of view.

@7ATalavera: I've clean sweeped 3/6 battles without the use of any Lv7 characters. A secret strategy eh...with downloadable characters? It wouldn't be some combination of a Lv...7,6,5,1,1 would it? Odds are good mostly, but if the one of the high level character loses, It is almost a guarantee that you're done for. =D

@sykotek: It is more than a lv combination (and its not 76511), downloadable characters are not necessary but can be used.

... I expected a figurine on e3 ...
59. Posted: Sat 11th Jun 2011 07:05 BST
I found a lot of new figurine images, sadly even after a long search, I couldnt get the codes for themhttp://www.famitsu.com/news/201102/images/00040718/UJ6T6X6i7Y...As far as I understood the codes are given by purchasing clothes on japanese stores, but I am not sure.
Again, if anyone managed to get to those codes, we would really appreciate if you shared them with us,Also were there any codes given by Capcom at E3? I was sure there would be, but idk about a single one.
