I think 99 cents is a bit much. If you want all the songs then this game would cost a fortune. 33 cents would be more reasonable. I might just stop at one download!

Eh, it's not like you have to get any of the DLC - the game has plenty of content without it.

I'm personally going to be selective with the DLC; I'm going to wait until there are more songs available, buy my 5-10 favorites from the list and cut myself off there.

I'm definitely getting all the FFVIII tracks. After that I'll just choose from among the rest of the games for tracks I like.

I'm looking forward to getting more FFVIII tracks too; for an entry that I really didn't like much, an inordinate amount of my favorite FF songs came from that game.

As soon as I get back from Vacation I'm buying this. IMMEDIATELY!

Did you go camping or something...?

If I moved somewhere with no game stores, I'd rather kill myself.

^Thats intense. lol. but in all seriousness, it is an amazing game. I have played quite a bit already. I'm at about 15000rm and not even slightly bored with it. The Dark Notes are the most appealing part of the game in my opinion.

Do you think I'd enjoy this even if I haven't played any FF?

Wow it's only been a day and this thread has doubled in size. Nice to hear that other people are hopelessly addicted to this game like I am. :P I should really give FF5 another try, I didn't think I'd be playing more FF5 songs than my personal favourites FF6 and FF7. Loving all of its tracks so far especially Battle at the Big Bridge and Mambo de Chocobo. The thing I love about this game is that even though I didn't enjoy all the FF titles I've played, I can still appreciate the music. So far a lot of my most-played tracks are from FFs I either never finished or never played.

If you enjoy traditional rhythm games like Taiko no Taitsujin or Ouendan/Elite Beat Agents I can easily recommend it even if you're not an FF fan. The music is that good and there are a ton of unlockables to keep you busy.

I love this game with a real passion. The download shop is finally live, picked up the Battle Music from XIII and the Field track from X. I'll go in and get the other six later.

Oh, and I finally did a track of all perfects. Go me :D

Edit: Oh, and my SteetPass card currently states "Love struck, blinding Dancer."

Perfect.

OH it's finally open in Australia? Woohoo!

I'm addicted to the stat tracking in this game. 22 perfect chains out of 55 challenge songs. Still have a long way to go. XD

Edit: My card title is 'Notoriously useless Bard' :P (I was so sad that they didn't have 'spoony' as an adjective option)
