Topic: Favorite Animal Crossing: New Leaf moments?

I've had AC:NL for about 3 weeks, and I am loving it. Here's some of my favorite moments so far:
Having the citizens of my town refer to me, their mayor, as "beefcake"
Giving a fish to a talking bird, and in return, receiving.........a men's toilet
Continually whacking my peaceful citizens with my net, while they do nothing (or drenching them with my watering can)
Giving a snazzy axolotl a cherry..... and then him telling me about his marital problems on stage
And, it's just one of the most pleasant games I've played in a long time. What do you think?

Easily my favorite moment: my buddy, Deirdre, noticed I was carrying an arapaima, and offered to buy it from me for $15,000 bells. That's $5,000 more than I can get from Reese, but an option I had not seen came up--"For you, it's a freebie." I picked that, and she went off joyfully singing my town song. I loved it.

Whenever I get a streetpass and I go visit their house in the HH Showcase to find strange basements.

One guy's greeting was THERZ A SHARK IN ME BASEMNT
Then I look and he has a shark in his basement... lol

Another guy's house was really gorgeous, then his basement had Nazi symbols everywhere
And another gorgeous house with a very eerie organ + candelabra setup in his basement
And yesterday, I got one with just a painting of a Pikmin laying in a provocative pose... lmao

I don't have a basement yet but I've been thinking of how I should decorate mine

It was with Rocket and a Shark though.

She still has the shark in her house lol.

I think Dee still has the arapaima. I also find it amusing that I have converted Bree over from Regal to Mermaid. The only piece that didn't last long was the bed. She told me she likes a big bed (which may have been a come-on, lol), so the mermaid bed was gone quickly. I was hoping it would show up in Re-Tail, since I'm making a mermaid display in my museum.

I really like my basement. In the unlikely event you streetpass me, Jynx, you will find fun stuff and no Nazism.

Why would this thread be closed?(I'm brand new to the forums on NL) I've really wanted to catch a whale shark, and have it just sitting in the entrance of my house, but still, they sell for a whole lotta bells. My second floor is loaded with gyroids, apparently they're worth a lot of HHA points.
