Topic: Fantasy Life 3Ds bugged - no means of support found

I bought a few months ago a physical copy of Fantasy Life.
All was working fine for a while, however a major bug appeared a couple of weeks ago.

ALL bosses and boss nodes have stopped respawning.
Once I killed or gathered one, that's it, it will NOT respawn any more regardless how many days have gone by in-game.
Which effectively kills any further progress as I need the drops for crafting, and some kills for missions.

It is distributed by Nintendo, but their support page does not have either a category for games support, or for misc issues.
Does anyone know of a means to contact them through an email address which they actually monitor (I had one email address supposed to be for support, but I sent 2 unrelated issues there a few months ago and it is clearly NOT monitored).
