I'm thinking of selling one of my 3DS's - it's one of the ones that came with Happy Home Designer pre-installed. I want to factory reset it because it has a lot of my personal information on there, but I'm worried it'll also delete Happy Home Designer, and therefore hurt the resale value.
I'm unsure how this process works, has anyone else done the same thing? ;u; Did it delete the entire game, or just your saved data?

I'm pretty sure it would delete the game. I've not done it myself, but it's what I've heard and it makes sense - these models aren't anything special, Nintendo just take a 3DS and put the game on it, so the factory reset function doesn't know the difference.
