Topic: F Zero- Idea Thread.

We all know that F-zero is almost dead in lots of people's hearts, because they never released F-Zero Climax outside of Japan. F-Zero GX was just insanely hard and didnt sell very well. But us F-Zero fans who still play lots of F-Zero to this day know, we want a new one. The 3ds would be a perfect platform to push a new one onto. Imagine the Fire Field tracks in GX style in 3d. It would be mind blowing. F-Zero minigame in Nintendo Land(correct me) might hint towards a new f-zero.

I was really hoping for F-Zero to be announced as a Wii U title but sadly it only made an appearence in NintendoLand, although at least that means that the franchise isn't totally dead in the eyes of Nintendo. A 3DS version would be great too, even if it was a port of F-Zero 64 or F-Zero GX it would still be good.

I would imagine a new F-Zero will on appear on WII U and/or 3DS, simply because it's been so long sicnce the last game (same goes with Starfox). The fact that Miyamoto has been talking about both these franchises recently is a good indicator of their impending arrival.

F-Zero on 3DS would be awesome (and vomit-inducing...in a good way). Imgaine playing it on the 3DS XL!

Then again, the power of the Wii U would make Falcon and co. look incredible (but it would HAVE to run at 60fps). The GamePad could maybe be used as a portal to your own, customisable craft - where you have to peform maintanance and make improvemants? Imagine using the same type of tech used in Panorama View, only except you're sitting inside the vehicle?

Making the next game easier. Seriously GX was brutal for newcomers like myself. Also, a track editor and online will be cool.

Awesome ideas! Give me a track editor, online multiplayer, & make it a $10-15 eShop game cross-platform between 3DS & Wii U.

F-Zero is the only hardcore, manly game that nintendo ever made.
It needs to come back and put all these nintendo-babies in there place.

Want to see it on 3DS, and to be as hard as ever. If you want an accessible racing game on 3DS there's Mario Kart. Didn't play the GC one much, but I found the first GBA version very difficult.

Never played F-Zero, but I would totally buy that.

If F-Zero was revived on the Wii U, that would be my only reason to save up for one. I just hope that F-Zero gets an equal dose on 3ds though. Mario Kart is my only Nintendo racing fix right now if I want to play anything new. F-Zero GX would be a nice port, but we'd need analog L and R buttons. But who knows, nintendo could change how the controls function a little. I haven't played X or the first one in there normal consoles. maybe nintendo has to either make a snes emulator for 3ds and release it on eshop or just completely remake it as a 3d classic and release it on eshop.

An online F zero is all we need

I was thinking a retail game, but Wii U eShop sounds even better. I think more people would buy it if it was at a good price.

Maybe they will shove a cross-platform, both systems interacting online and in the same room game with a Falcon Punch. I would (Bleeping the profanity) my pants! Nintendo has us waiting for a new F-Zero, maybe we will get lucky during this era. Hell, they had F-Zero with high speed on the Gameboy Advance! It can happen on the 3ds, and Wii U with the right game engine and render methods. Look at the Gamecube game and how silky smooth it runs, the 3ds is more than capable of the gamecube processing. I can already see Captain Falcon in a title screen movie Falcon Punching my face, looking for bounty.
