Topic: ESHOP POLICY SUCKS

So bought son 3ds and went to transfer dsi content from my dsi only to find it would be deleted from said dsi and i would have to pay for it again to get it back on there! WHAT!
When I dl a game on psn and I want it on ps3 and psp I can-no problem- abd it shouldn't be.
So I emailed Nintendo to ask them to esplain the logic of their ridiculous policy and the reply was along the lines of- thank you for your interest in the eshop- your opinion is important to us- if you want to discuss it further phone the USA as I'm not going to answer any of your totally justified questions.
I have bought every Nintendo system since NES- every one- it ends now. Just bought son an Xbox 360 amd the 3ds is going back.

They've invited you to call their customer service line and talk to a real live person, which isn't an unreasonable request. You seem to have made your decision, though — enjoy your 360. :3
