EDIT ----- 3/12/11------: Sadly, it's been confirmed that this game may not even see a release- possibly being cancelled. This however, contradicts the fact that it's being demoed along with Mercenaries 3D in Japan. Either way, it's worrying that this game may actually not see the light of day especially since it is a promising game. Let's hope it doesn't get cancelled and support the game through on through.

Haha, yup. You can tell in that third screenshot definitely. The wired buildings and ground looks the same as it does on the Maya software I use.

And that Megaman is obviously a 'placeholder'. The shading and some of the textures do look impressive for something that's REALLY early in development (some buildings in screenshots give me a nostalgic N64 feeling).

Can't wait to see it in it's final stages. Capcom is really showing what the 3DS can pull off visually.

And be sure to hit up Capcom-Unity for continuous updates in the Megaman Legends 3 PROJECT portal. Loving how they're allowing fans and everyone pitch in ideas. I may take some time to build up some concept art this summer to submit them once I get a hang with the software I'm using for my classes. I want things to look as professional as it can possibly be; but that's a stretch.

I absolutely loved Megaman 64, never played the original Legends or Legends 2 though.

I dunno what's up with that Megaman, but they better keep the original Legends Megaman!

Looks like they need to implement bump mapping before they finish. Already has the style down though.

That Megaman is a placeholder it seems. I don't think it's going to be the FINAL Megaman to be in the game.

Wow, rough models indeed. If the model of the old man is any indication though, this game will look great!

The models of the characters look fantastic. And while the little alley way scene looks kind of rough and flat... it seems to fitting as a Legends game haha.

Wow. Those character models look absolutely amazing! Too bad that the buildings look more bland and unpolished than a toothpick.

I'm glad the game is blatantly unfinished, increases the odds of them NOT being too dumb to remake the first 2 games first.

It's a new game. It's a sequel to Megaman Legends 2.

Okay, Sweet A friend told me it was a remake of megaman 3 for the NES, I seriously can't trust a thing he says....

He also said NGP has glasses-less 3d support so I don't know why i even paid second thought to his Megaman claims....
