My micro sd card got broken, and i lost all my games i earlier has purchased in the store on the new 3ds xl. Is it possible to redownload the games i already had purchased in my account, for free when i order a new better micro sd card?

Yes. But the save data will be erased. So you'll have to start from scratch unless you have your SD card backed up to your computer. Happened to me once because of using a bad card and lost my 200+ hours of monster hunter 3.

How did your SD card get broken from within the New 3DS XL? I ask because my SD card started ejecting itself from my New 3DS a while back. I had to place a "bung" in there to stop the card ejecting. Not ideal, but also not worth the hassle sending it back to Nintendo.

As above though, you can download your games freely again from the eShop.

Yeah as long as you're using the same 3ds you can re-download your games, but as @UNSOLUTEDSALT said the save data is lost for good.

You can perform a system transfer so you're new 3ds can redownload the games. If you plan on trading in your current one to get your new one however you'll have to contact Nintendo Customer Support so can do it instead.
