Has anyone encountered any DSiWare games that don't work as well with the 3DS? Looksley's Lineup seems to be giving me issues due to the positioning of the 3DS camera (interior). Anyone have any suggestions for a fix?
Also, maybe some of the reviews could have a clause for DSiWare games that don't work well on the 3DS? It would probably be useful to have the additional warnings.

I wager that any DSiWare that uses face tracking won't work well. I've had trouble with WarioWare: Snapped, Looksley's Lineup and Face Pilot Worst for me is Face Pilot though because I bought that to use up the remainder of my DSiWare points, so I've never had the opportunity to play it. I'd like to think Nintendo would work on a fix, but seeing as it only affects a few titles, I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you.

weird I always had trouble with Snapped on DSi but now I can play it on 3DS a lot better

I always had a bit of trouble with Looksley's Line Up. When it worked properly it was fine, and a brilliant concept. But it was pretty fiddly getting the right lighting conditions, for me anyway.
The one DSiWare transfer that is a real disappointment to me is Art Academy. As far as I can tell you can't use your own photographs taken on the 3DS for use in AA. I mostly draw from pictures I've taken and not being able to use the 3DS's cameras is a real shame.

Well, Aura Aura Climber is even better with the circle pad.
So, how does that 'not transfer over well?'
A couple of the DSiWare games that don't control well with the circle pad (platformers, usually) I find uncomfortable for prolonger periods with the 3DS D-Pad.
It's also worth noting that the Dragons Lair games look terrible inflated up on the 3DS, and awkward and small in native resolution. If you are a fan of those games (and I am) the animation fidelity requires you keep them on DSi.
