1. Super Princess Peach. Nintendo wants to appeal to all gamers, including girls. Super Princess Peach appealed to both girl gamers and Mario fans, even me. I honestly don't understand why Super Princess Peach was so underrated. It had traditional 2D Mario platforming elements as well as new and creative gameplay concepts taking use of Princess Peach's unique abilities, such as Vibe Abilities (allow Peach to release her emotions through powers) and her magic umbrella Perry, and it blended platforming gameplay with puzzle elements. Sure, this game had many feminine characteristics, but the game had everything that would appeal to a Mario fan. This game deserves a 3DS sequel, and it could attract a large audience.
2. Sonic RushandSonic Rush Adventure. Sonic Rush and Sonic Rush Adventure were great games. These games had 2D platforming gameplay that would appeal to fans of the Classic Sonic games, they had interesting plots and introduced Blaze, and had many unique creative concepts taking use of the DS's capabilities. Sonic Colors DS and Sonic Generations 3DS did have similar play-styles, but I don't think those games were as good as Sonic Rush and Sega should aim at making a Sonic Rush 3 for 3DS that could take use of the 3DS's capabilities (stereoscopic 3D, gyroscope, Street Pass, etc.), have a platforming focus, a detailed plot, and bring back certain characteristics that made the Sonic Rush games great like the exciting level design, the Spin Dash, 3D sections and boss battles, mid-air tricks, Blaze, and so on. Sonic Rush 3 would be a great opportunity considering how great Sonic Rush and Sonic Rush Adventure were.
3. Kirby Mass Attack. In my opinion, Kirby Mass Attack was Kirby's best DS game. It had platforming, lots of combat, it introduces a creative concept to the Kirby series (controlling multiple Kirbies with touch controls), and was overall one of the last great DS games. It's sad to see such a fun and innovative title be overshined by the glossy new Nintendo 3DS. It would be delightful to see this concept re-introduced and expanded upon in a 3DS sequel to Kirby Mass Attack. This game had lots of potential and with the capabilities of the 3DS, a sequel to Kirby Mass Attack would be perfect. Not only was the multiple Kirby play-style what made this game awesome, because Kirby Mass Attack had a neat library of mini-games too. Some of these include a pinball mini-game similar to the Game Boy game Kirby's Pinball Land, an RPG-styled mini-game, and even a vertical scrolling shooter mini-game! Making a Kirby Mass Attack 2 for Kirby's debut on 3Ds could be a big opportunity for the franchise, and the sequel might sell better because the 3DS is what's popular now and Kirby Mass Attack was released at a time when the 3DS was what was in at the time.
4. Wario-Ware D.I.Y. One of the things that made Wario Ware D.I.Y. cool was that it offered more of a customizable experience. You had the option to make a micro-game from scratch, build upon pre-made games, play micro-games that were already included in the package, or share and play others' micro-games via Wi-Fi. Wario-Ware D.I.Y. encouraged players to be creative and learn the basics of developing these types of games, while still offering a traditional Wario-Ware installment. This game definitely deserves a 3DS sequel that builds upon this concept. Considering the 3DS's capabilities, lots more could be possible with a Wario-Ware D.I.Y. sequel on 3DS.
What do you guys think? Do you guys want to see sequels to these DS games on 3DS? What games on DS would you guys like to see on 3DS? Please discuss!

You know there still is that cliffhanger for Golden Sun: Dark Dawn........ (cough)
Now that's a suggestion Nintendo should really put into consideration. I'd love to see another Golden Sun installment.
