Just another sad reminder of the lack of functionality the 3DS has. Oh but wait there's gonna be Miiverse!...sometime after it comes to cell phones.....

Depending on how many blocks it is I might download it on my 3ds. Personally I'm happy with it on my old wii for the time being.
If it's to many block's I might pass for the 3ds & just use the wii version.
Happy Gaming! (^_^)

I would think it would be a base application and videos would be played through the extra data and then overwritten when you watch a new video. That's just my guess...
I'm not sure if Nintendo said anything in the Direct about YouTube comments... That would be awesome and also incredibly unlikely knowing Nintendo.

@Chris720: That sounds... really over-complicated... I would think it would just stream videos like everything else...

Hmm... Why? The 3DS can only display 240x400 which would be 360p, quick download to the Extra Data so that those without super speed broadband can still watch it without buffering and the image quality won't be all over the show. This is Google, they'll do it in the most bizarre fashion.
30. Posted: Sat 16th Nov 2013 23:10 GMT
@Chris720: Well, if it's 240 pixels in height that's 240p... but some videos are really long, so that's why it streams them as you go along; otherwise you'd be waiting forever!
31. Posted: Sat 16th Nov 2013 23:18 GMT
The 3DS can still go up to 360p video quality... Maybe so, but the 3DS is crap at streaming, I've heard many Americans complaining about Netflixs streaming quality being very poor on the 3DS.
Maybe Google will stream and maybe they'll incorporate saving videos to the Extra Data for those with slow broadband connections. Either way, I don't really care. :/

@Chris720: As long as they get it to work okay, I'm fine. Whatever they have to do!

Can't wait for Google to wow me with their madness. Lol. I wonder if they release will be before or after the release of Zelda...

I'm hoping for 3D video streaming, but I'm not counting on it. Probably won't happen. I'll be happy enough though if it does a decent enough job buffering and also if it lets me sign in to view my subscriptions.
