I bought mine at launch, and don't regret it one bit. Super Street Fighter IV, Samurai Warriors: Chronicles, Dead or Alive Dimensions, Ocarina of Time 3D, Star Fox 64 3D, Super Mario 3D Land, Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy, Pushmo, Mario Kart 7, Mighty Switch Force, VVVVVV, Sakura Samurai: Art of the Sword, Mutant Mudds, Resident Evil: Revelations, Tales of the Abyss, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, Dillon's Rolling Western, and Kid Icarus: Uprising.

That list consists of awesome games that are already available, it's not counting games that are coming out in the future like Heroes of Ruin, Luigi's Mansion 2, Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance, Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion, Fire Emblem Awakening, Dynasty Warriors VS, Paper Mario 3DS, Night Sky, Colors! 3D, and Super Smash Bros Next.

If someone can claim that 3DS is lacking in quality software after reading this, they're either delusional or biased, fact.

You forgot Animal Crossing.

Not at all. There's too much to do on my 3DS. The only regret I have is not waiting to see if that Special Edition Fire Emblem 3DS will come over here (HUGE chance that it won't of course. I have the special edition Zelda one though!).

Have the Monster Hunter games been announced for NA? I didn't list them because I thought they were unannounced (same thing for Bravely Default, and the other RPG by Konami, 'Beyond the Labyrinth', I believe). I actually didn't think that Animal Crossing was that anticipated, but if so, I should have mentioned it. I did forget about Mario Tennis Open!

I also should have mentioned Zen Pinball 3D with the games that are already out, because it's awesome (and Marvel Pinball 3D for upcoming games)!

I guess this just further proves my point that there is no lack of quality games on the system, because there are so many, it's impossible to remember them all, lol.

I love my 3DS, and so far I've really enjoyed the 4 games I currently have.

-The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D
-Mario Kart 7
-Super Mario 3D Land
-Kid Icarus Uprising

However, I do regret some things / not like certain things.

I got my 3DS a few months after it had launched, I think around Summer of 2011. Target was doing a trade in deal towards it that weekend, and it was literally a day after the price dropped. Since I traded in my DSi, I got the system for around $95 so I saved a lot of money. However I just missed the 20 free games opportunity, and I do in some ways miss my DSi, for playing DS games.

Edit : Just made a thread for this.

I really don't know why anyone would regret it; you can do anything from play a game from a GREAT selection of games, download a pretty good game from the eShop, make a Mii, play online, send a Swapnote, defeat monsters and collect puzzles, shoot your face, talk to friends, and even have a dragon come to life on your table. Did I mention this all in no glasses 3D? I must've forgotten to say it ALSO includes a gyro sending and accelerometer, pace counter, information exchanger, touchscreen, 3D screen and 3 cameras, and one of those takes 3D pictures. One of the best parts is its portable, even after all this greatness.

as far as the lines on the screen go, i've been able to just wipe them off. you should get a very thin cloth and slide it in when you close the 3ds. no lines, no whining

Of course not! I got 3! lol....I bought the aqua blue on release day, bought the flame red on September 10th (traded a DSi XL I got for Christmas + some games to reduce the price to 30 bucks!), AND I received the LoZ special edition one as a gift for Christmas. I loved it so much that I convinced my sisters and brother to get one for their kids so that makes another 7 3DS systems floating around in the family. I also own 16 games for it and tons of downloads. M
