Topic: Does Animal crossing new leaf have voice chat?

Wondering if any has the japan one and knows the answer to this, is there voice chat or is it just typing?

figured, why dont they include it 3DS has a mic, they've done it on pokemon ds games

I guess they just figured they didn't really need it in Japan.... That could change in the international release though, who knows?

i think the only game that uses the mic for voice chat is still heroes of ruin.
it worked really good on that game so i would love to see this feature in other online games

Ya it's so much nicer to just talk but typing isn't the worst thing on the 3DS

I loved the voice chat in Heroes of Ruin. More games need to make use of it.

Monster Hunter for the 3DS doesn't have online... so, voice chat isn't applicable.

Awesome! You should upload some, Im interested to see more of the game but I dont want to go youtube it because I dont want to know everything before I get it, Ive taken so many pictures on city folk, my whole family and my friends play it so its nice to be able to take pictures

Gave in and watched some videos, Now I want it 20 times more! June cant come fast enough, Perfect timing since summer is usually when most bugs and fish are out, and I get out of school on june 5th so Ill have even more free time! Im probably going to be playing this for 90% of my summer
