I think he is trying to say that it's not worth spending the $2-3 to buy a screen protector that will save your screen from getting scratched or scuffed up.

Apparently $2 for some people is a lot of money!

While $2 isn't much if the decision was buy a screen protector (that does nothing except put little air bubbles on your screen while claiming to "protect" it) or buy Gunman Clive, I would suggest Gunman Clive. I have scratched my Phone screen a lot more than my 3DS screen but I treat my phone a lot better, the 3DS screen is very strong and doesn't need "screen protectors" imo

People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Screen protectors are just a major pain to get on, always gets dust or something under them, and the obnoxious air bubbles...>.>

I never play without protection.

I'd rather endure putting them on than having an unusable screen.

Of course, it's better to get nice ones, cheap ones rarely stick on properly and get scratched easily.

The only way to prevent scratches on a resistive touch screen without a protector is not using them at all.

That isn't true. I use my pretty often and no scratches.

hori is about $7-8, $2 must be some china brand that makes your screen blurry. you better not to use that.

I use Illumishield protectors on my 2ds, a single set lasted me 11 months and they're sold in packs of 3 sets for 7 dollars at Amazon.

They're the best ones I have used yet, feels like there's nothing at all.

Nothing at all.

Nothing at all.

Google it. Images.

Talking about "taking better care of my system", I live in the desert, like it or not, dust gets everywhere.

There's nothing worse than sliding the stylus across the screen only to drag a particle of dust or sand and feeling how it cuts your screen in half.

Nah. Never used them, and never have problems with screens being scratched.
Instead, it's probably other parts of life that damaged my 3DS games more. Like the dog accidentally chewing one to pieces, which I doubt any screen protector on the planet would have helped with.
