I don''t see why people don't like this, if you beat the game there are more levels to download.

They don't like how DLC strayed from their intended purpose to a way to nickel-and-dime us.

Did people even hear what Reggie said? He said that the game is already full package and that they'll start working on DLC AFTER THE GAME IS RELEASED based on fan-feedback. They're not gonna go Capcom on us.

I have to wonder how well the Mario DLC will do. It's just coin rush levels which you play against people you street pass (I didn't hear any mention of true online play, but I could be wrong). If nobody you streetpass with bought them, there doesn't seem like much point. That being said, I like that they're adding levels like that instead of the main game - so you really do feel like you got a full campaign.

More Mario Kart 7 tracks would get purchased in a heartbeat from me though.

I am way too lazy to think of something clever.

My thoughts on Metroid, make a fps war game where you play as Galactic Federation soldiers versus Space Pirates.

They are not gonna turn Metroid into Call of Duty.

I figured Halo would've been a closer comparison, which Metroid Prime 3 already kinda left like it was going in that direction, what with all the interactions with the Galactic Federation and having objectives, etc. But I'm just talking a spin-off game, or maybe as a multiplayer mode in a new Metroid Prime game. They've already experimented with multiplayer in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, but the problem is a lack of characters. (Everyone is Samus?) And don't tell me Nintendo couldn't benefit from an exclusive, good online multiplayer first person shooter.
