@Dezzy: Lots of Disney movies has had direct-to-video sequels. If you're a Dis fan, I'm surprised you've never heard of them. In addition to the others mentioned above, there's also The Jungle Book 2, 101 Dalmatians 2, Atlantis 2, The Little Mermaid 2, Kronk's new Groove, The Fox and The Hound 2, Cinderella 2, The Lion King 1½ (a prequel/parallel movie), The Return of Jafar, and Aladdin and The King of Thieves (yes, it has 2 sequels). There's actually more that I didn't mention, but that's okay. 98% of them are really awful anyway, so you not knowing them is actually a good thing

@Dezzy: of actual Disney movies, the only one that had a full theatrical sequel is 1977's The Rescuers, which got The Rescuers Down Under in 1990. One could also count 2011's Winnie the Pooh as a sequel I guess, though the original theatrical feature of Pooh in 1977 was more of a compilation of shorts that had been done through the 60's and 70's which they repackaged as a feature, but it's still considered as one of the Canon films.
Toy Story is Pixar, and Pixar's getting into the habit of doing sequels to their works now - Toy Stories 2 and 3, Cars 2 and 3, Incredibles 2, Finding Nemo 2, Monsters Inc. 2.... It sounds like we may have an official Frozen sequel eventually though, as much as many in the fandom don't want one...

That's why I said 'if' :3 I was a huge, huge Disney worshipper back in that time period so I knew about all those movies. Just to let you know. Toy Story 2 was going to go DTV (Direct to Video) but the powers that be decided to stick it in theatres instead.
Walt Disney was against sequels. He didn't want to make more Three Little Pigs shorts after the first one was a hit. I suppose he's rolling in his grave now, what with all those horrible DTV sequels the company churned out after he died.
Hoping Kingdom Hearts characters will appear in the game.

@barbiegurl777 That's why I loved Magical World too! The characters are the classic versions. Like Scrooge doesn't have that ridiculous accent, and Donald is just a working man who gets easily annoyed by stuff (and is a fisherman/sailor!), not a raving maniac (yes, I like the ducks ).
Although the exception is that I wish they used is the Tinkerbell from the Tinkerbell movies. She's a stronger character there, and more likable.

Hmmmm, well you might be getting a bit of an unrepresentative sample of the series. The Kingdom hearts games mostly start off in the non-Disney parts. Whereas once you get further into the game, it's much more about the traditional Disney characters and those worlds from the movies. The heartless (aka satanic crap/demonic forces) are constant throughout the games but they're not really the focus. They're much more just a convenient generic enemy the developers use to save time. They could easily be interchangeable with generic soldiers or something like that for the most part.
Have you seen the site christcenteredgamer.com? They review games from a christian perspective and include rating on things like occult and supernatural stuff. They've rated most Kingdom Hearts games quite highly:

Don't quite a few of the Disney films have "demonic forces" though? You know, black magic or whatever? Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast, The Black Cauldron?
Christians haven't been good guys either (history has proven that) but I digress. You are missing out on a great game/series just because it has occult references. This thread is about Disney Magical World 2, not religion or Kingdom Hearts.
I can't wait to see all the worlds and play this game. I am glad that Donald is getting a bigger role in this game and am glad that they are bringing back most, if not all, of the worlds in the original and adding more worlds. I am actually glad that they added Frozen, I love Olaf). I am going to have buy 3 copies of this game again ( 1 each for my 2 kids & 1 for myself). I might have to play my copy of the game again. I bought most of the DLC from it.
