So for those of y'all who have a 3DS, which method of purchasing a game do you prefer? Digitally downloading a game, or purchasing a physical copy of that game?
Personally I have recently prefered digitally downloading my games because i can carry it everywhere and feel it is more convenient for me?

Physical all the way! unless there's a mad 50%(or more) discount like MH3U had for a small while, my only regret was no having a better SD card(2Gb is just enough for it, 2 VC games and swap note. not counting Backups and streetpass data, of course)
goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn

The only thing that stops me from downloading all my games is that I don't want to run out of space on my 32gb SD Card. I already download a bunch of download only titles, adding retail to the list would eat up my memory fast. But to answer your question, mostly download.
People keep saying the Xbox One doesn't have Backwards Compatibility.
I don't think they know what Backwards Compatibility means...

Even with 32GB of space on the SD card, the standard 3DS game has like 6,000-8,000blocks of memory with it. I believe the only reason to upgrade to a 64GB later on is if you have like many upon many retail games digitally on the 3DS which i commend the Person to fill up that much space

I think Nintendo recommends not going higher than 32GB.
Physical copies of games definitely. I like actually owning my games thank you very much. Including being able to sell them, use them on multiple systems, etc.
Depends on the game. Games I play daily, like Animal Crossing, I like having it downloaded on my 3DS. If something happened to my 3DS then I'll just buy it again. lol
I believe I have answered this before and this probably wont be the last time but for me
Physical FTW. For one thing I can trade my game in if I am done playing it or just didnt enjoy it, and in the same vain I am able to loan the game out to someone else without having to loan out my system as well.
Also I have my physical copy forever and ever if its digital I am at the company's mercy as to how long I can have it. If for some reason the company goes out of business I will still be able to find a physical copy somewhere out there like on a site like eBay.

Physical unless I'm saving a good chunk of cash. You get a real copy that's not tied to servers and you can do what you want with them, and doesn't take up your space.
My 32 GB Wii U hard drive is already down to just 16 GB....and I haven't downloaded one retail game on it. It's just VC games and DuckTales and Trine 2.
I actually enjoy digital copies. Most would already know the main influence towards this-- I have my own little gaming library in my 3DS.
That said, I almost always keep my 3DS at home, so I have no worries about losing it.

It's severely outdated, but I guess you can look at it if you want. (?)

Digital. I'm one to misplace game cartridges, and their box. But if I'm skeptical about a game, physical is always great, in case you want to trade it.
