Topic: Did Square-Enix abandon FF V/VI 3DS remake?

Originally, they had planned to remake V and VI onto the DS, but due to "technical limitations", they could not. However, they were keeping a watchful eye on the 3DS, with the possibility of transferring development over to that. This was back in April 2010, 2 1/2 years ago. Has anything been said since then?

Staff Tsuchinoko	2. Posted: Mon 31st Dec 2012 13:19 GMT I've never heard anything about this, would be nice though. If you hear anything more, post it here. I imagine that Square was pretty busy with Bravely Default, Theatrhythm and the various FFXIII games in the past year and a half, so they could still be looking to make it.
