Topic: data transfer

so...like is wrote in another topic:::
nintendo never game me good results with their joysticks. EVERY nintendo 64 and gamecube pads ended up having loose joysticks, or being impossible to calibrate accurately. (always move to the right/left, slightly wrong direction response,etc.)

the wii, well, i dont own one, but my friend has one of his 2 nunchuck that has a slightly loose joystick. its only a matter of time for it to fail, like every generation of pads nintendo does.

i love nintendo, that for years. but they really should put money on their pads once and for all, and fix that damn joystick problem. its easy to replace a pad, and not too high priced.
but replacing a 3Ds after 2 years will be sad and hard for my wallet. i hope it will last this time...:::::

you think they can transfer all your data to a new 3ds ? like a soul transfer
I wouldnt mind to pay in the end.
because...you know, all the stats and gaming records. all you did on your 3ds, would go to waste if you need a new system because of a stupid joystick problem. streetpasses are hard to come by here, it would be a shame to waste that hahaha

I'd say so since you can transfer a lot of your DSi data to the 3DS. And if i remember correctly i've seen a point in the 3DS' system settings that says "transfer to another 3DS"...

How do you live with yourself? Let alone look at yourself?

I've only had problems with the N64 joysticks (blame Mario Party games), but all my other Nintendo joysticks are fine.
