As a retired IT consultant, I've had to deal with IT companies (HW & SW). In 30yrs experience, I've NEVER (truly NEVER) come across a worse standard of customer care and service that I've experienced with this sham of a corporation. Go to their support site and you've a choice of chatting online (Ask Mii) which is inoperative (and they tell you so), or call 0345 60 50 247 which I did and gave up after 20 minutes waiting in the queue, or contact by email, which |I did twice starting 2 weeks ago and to date, no response other than automatic acknowledgements of receipt.

And they have the barefaced audacity to call this ludicrous standard of non-service Customer Support????????
It beggars description.

Compare the service provided by IBM (or any manufacturer for that matter), MS, Amazon, even eBay and it puts this mockery of a (so called) service to shame. Next time I seek a present for my grandson, I'd be better off going to Cash Converters. However bad their customer service may be, it cannot possibly be worse than what you get with Nintendo.
