So... how is it?

Pretty boring.
It felt... exactly like the last three games.
I wasn't planning to buy it already, but now I'm certainly not.

The only thing new was the 3d, I got super bored after cutting an onion. Get MK7 worth the money

And even in saying that, the 3D is completely irrelevant in Cooking Mama as everything you do is done on the touch screen.

I was never planning to buy the game anyway, but I was put off even more by the fact that the demo showed no real advancements over the original DS release. Yeah, some of the graphics used the 3D rendering, yeah the top screen graphics are stereoscopic 3D, but I'm sure I'd read that the motion sensor is used in the game somewhere but there's no sight of it in the demo. Very strange, given that the first task is to shake flour through a sieve.

Ill never understand why people actually like such...games. Go and cook in real-life instead of consuming fast-food ;D

But I tried the demo of course. Nothing for me. A real steak tastes better

Btw..there is an error in the german translation, 505....right at the opening screen. Possibly the targeted group of buyers wont notice though.

Grammar errors? We could use the german language instead of the english one of course - do you dare? ;)

yeah rela life cooking is much better, because you have something to eat afterwards!

No real improvements over previous three in series, if you were in any doubts about buying this game the demo will certainly answer them for you. Just as the Resident Evil demo worked in winning unsure people over to buying it, im sure this demo will have the exact opposite effect.

The demo itself isnt bad, as in it gives you a typical recipie to work all the way through with from beginning to end. So you get as much as you should from a demo and you get a really good feel for the game. So as a demo, it works. But the game itself isnt improved enough to justify buying.

My 4 year old enjoyed it.Pretty sure that's the target audience for the game!
I downloaded it purely to show support for demo's and will continue to do so regardless of the genre until Nintendo catches up to XBLA in terms of content. Asura's Wrath demo is freakin' amazing BTW

What's this bit for again?

I gave it a go even knowing it was for young children. It made me laugh, actually. I could see this being a good game for the little ones, though they would have to be able to read, or have it read to them. If I had a child, I would buy it for them.
But man I could NOT get my pizza in the oven! I've tried it twice and could not do it. Better let mama do that step.

Unless there's hot dogs flying out of the screen in 3D I'm not interested haha. Cooking mama just seems pointless, considering i can cook in real life...Just no where near as good.lol Not that i care. Trauma Centre however is another beast all together. I'll never be a surgeon and I'll never beable to Blast Tumor Monsters with a Lazer blaster or perform 'the healing touch'.

a trauma centre sequal on the 3DS would definitly be awesome in '3D' of course. Picking Sharded glass out of people has never been so much fun and intuitive.LOL

Oh wow, I just realized how much I want a new Trauma Canter game, Especially on 3DS :Q
