So i ordered a CN reward last night, it took my coins and didn't send me a confirmation email, im still waiting, yet it still took my coins, the game i ordered was donkey kong, anyone experience this glitch, i emailed club Nintendo but they're aren't doing a thing about

Yes i have gmail, maybe it got sent there, I think I'll wait a day, then check again, maybe they'll send me a new code THAT ACTUALLY WORKS, this is one reason why i don't use CN alot. -.-
Are you sure it is not already in your downloaded items list on the eshop. (That is the only explanation for already used).
No, it's not in my download list on my 3ds eshop account. I honestly think Club Nintendo glitched and sent me an already used code for donkey Kong, this is complete and utter bullpoopoodoodoocacapoopledoople.
And can please someone for the love of god tell me how to post and upload pictures i want to show proof so people won't think im lying but no one isn't telling how!
